Mall is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Assistant to
support our payroll operations across multiple locations. We are

someone who enjoys working with numbers, follows processes closely,
and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and
deadlines. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and
processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls Review timekeeping
records for accuracy and compliance with company policy Enter
payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and benefit changes
Assist with new hire setup, terminations, and employee data
maintenance Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional
and timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and
employee information Work closely with HR, Accounting, and
management to resolve discrepancies Perform other payroll-related
administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Prior payroll or
accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment Working knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping
software (Paylocity experience a plus) Proficiency with Excel and
basic spreadsheet functions Understanding of payroll laws and
regulations is a plus Professional communication skills and strong
