Job Description Job Description Job Description: Maintenance Technician Pay: $21.00-$26.50/hr Summary Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain injection molding machines, motors, conveyors, grinders, and tools. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Review manuals and maintenance records to set service frequency. Coordinate maintenance around production schedules. Estimate labor, parts, and supplies. Maintain detailed maintenance records. Support installation and reconstruction of equipment and facilities. Order replacement parts and supplies. Continuously improve maintenance skills. Requirements Associate's degree (technical) or 4 years related experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read manuals, write reports, and communicate clearly. Basic math skills (algebra/geometry). Valid forklift license. ITAR compliant (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual). Must pass background check. Physical / Work Environment Stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs. Work near moving machinery in a loud manufacturing setting. $22.00 - $26.50 / hr LI23 LILive24
