Our services include, but are not limited to: Remodeling and renovation Painting Preventative maintenance Carpentry Drywall repair Furniture assembly Doors & windows We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own business who wish to get additional work. The craftsmen must maintain or willing to get liability insurance. Duties: - Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties - Handle various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, etc. - Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Skills: - Strong knowledge and experience in various areas of maintenance and repair - Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members A valid driver's license is required for this position along with truck, van or SUV.
