• Enthusiasm for coaching clients and using executive function skills to transform lives.
• Resourceful and have attention to detail.
• Proficiency in communicating complex concepts in simple and sometimes creative ways.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues through live meetings, virtual communications, and documentation of coaching sessions.
• A schedule that allows you to consistently provide a minimum of 15 hours of coaching per month, with the ideal goal of 25+ hours. This typically involves meeting online with several clients each week for 45-60 minutes each, along with brief check-ins between sessions. Coaches are also expected to meet with client caregivers as needed.
• Clear and timely communication is essential for our clients and our company to run smoothly. In addition to the time spent in coaching sessions, our coaches follow up with clients between coaching sessions by text or email and maintain client notes on an online portal for all coaching sessions conducted.
• A Master's Degree in Education or a related field applicable to Executive Function skill building is required or equivalent work experience.
• We are looking for seasoned professionals with at least three years of rich and diverse experience working with individuals with executive function deficits.
• Experience supporting K-12 and college students, teaching at online schools/virtually, supporting business executives, or supporting career development and transitions.
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace clear of disruptions for client, training, and internal professional meetings/sessions, with an internet connection stable enough for video conferencing (mbps over 50).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America. Visa sponsorship is not available for candidates living outside the country of this position.Hiring ProcessFor consideration, please fill out our application for employment.
