Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to
provide maternity leave coverage at an elementary school located in
Arlington, AZ. This role focuses on supporting 3rd and 4th grade
students within a self-contained classroom setting, delivering
specialized psychological services during the contract period. Key
Responsibilities: Provide psychological evaluations, counseling,
and support tailored to elementary-aged students Collaborate with
teachers and staff to address student behavioral and learning needs
Manage an average caseload with autonomous work at a single school
site Conduct assessments and contribute to Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) Support the social-emotional development of
students in a self-contained classroom environment Qualifications:
Experience working with elementary-aged students, ideally within
self-contained classrooms Holds a valid Teacher Credentialing
Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Level 1 or 2)
Possesses Arizona state certification for school psychology
Comfortable working independently at one school site Able to manage
an average caseload that is not overly heavy Contract Details:
Position Type: In-person contract covering maternity leave
Location: Arlington, AZ (elementary school setting) Schedule: 37.5
hours per week, 5 days a week with schedule flexibility (full day
or half day options) Duration: Start ASAP (maternity leave begins
February 15) through May 30, 2026 with no extension Caseload:
Focused on self-contained classrooms, average workload Additional
