for passionate Behavior Support Professionals who want to inspire,
innovate and promote positive behavior to our students! Successful
candidates will become a vital part of our school staff. Located on
a beautiful wooded 10.4-acre suburban campus in Morrisville, PA, we
work closely with families, community supports and educational
partners to promote student success. Primary Duties and
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of
behavior interventions Provide crisis intervention and
de-escalation techniques as needed Maintain detailed and accurate
behavior records Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
discuss client progress and adapt strategies Assists in evacuating
students during fire drills, emergencies, etc. Conducts periodic
walkthroughs of building Performs other duties as assigned
