ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position seeks a Speech
Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students
(PreK5th grade) within two schools located in the Baltimore area,
MD. This contract role runs from February 16, 2026, through May 29,
2026, with the possibility to extend into a 4-week Extended School
Year (ESY) program in July 2026. The schedule includes 37.5 hours
per week, with service split between two schools: Magnolia
Elementary (three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and
Prospect Mill Elementary (two days per week: Monday, Wednesday).
Qualifications and Experience: Active Maryland Professional
Licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is
required. Compliance with House Bill 486, including district
background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review.
Experience working with elementary-aged students (PreK5th grade)
preferred. Ability to manage caseload across multiple school
locations. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language pathology
assistance to students requiring speech and communication support.
Collaborate with school staff to deliver effective interventions
and maintain documentation according to district standards.
Participate in prescreen interviews scheduled between 911 a.m. and
23 p.m. EST to assess fit for the position. Maintain a professional
presence on-site, adhering to school schedules and policies.

Elementary (Bel Air, MD) This opportunity offers competitive

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.76 to $44.76.
