Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide
on-site services within the Baltimore, MD area. Positions available
include full-time and part-time roles supporting diverse student
populations across community preschool, elementary, and middle
school settings. The contract term runs from January through late
May 2026, with the possibility to extend into summer session
(Extended School Year, ESY) in July. Location and Assignments: -
Community Preschool (itinerant, 5 days/week) - Magnolia Elementary
(3 days/week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days/week) - Aberdeen
Middle School (secondary, grades 6-8) with supervision
responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
Responsibilities: - Provide skilled speech-language services to
preschool through middle school students within assigned schools
and community settings. - Deliver individualized therapy in
alignment with educational standards and student IEPs. - Supervise
and collaborate with SLP assistants to support caseload management
and service delivery. - Comply with district policies, including
background checks and fingerprinting as mandated by House Bill 486.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
to coordinate student care. Qualifications: - Active Maryland
professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC required).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based
settings preferred. - Ability to manage caseload independently and
collaborate effectively with educational teams. - Successful
completion of background and employment history review is required.
Schedule: - Full-time positions: 37.5 hours/week, MondayFriday -
Part-time position: 30 hours/week, MondayThursday (option to extend
to 5 days) This role is ideal for SLPs passionate about supporting
