ManTech seeks a dedicated Program Security Officer 3 to support our mission-critical national security programs. This role requires an experienced individual who can ensure compliance with all relevant security protocols, managing sensitive programs within the U.S. intelligence community and Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will manage security measures, conduct thorough risk assessments, and coordinate with multiple federal departments to safeguard information and assets. Implement and maintain security protocols for sensitive operations. Conduct physical and digital risk assessments to evaluate security vulnerabilities. Coordinate with federal agencies to align security measures. Manage security clearances for personnel within the program. Lead training sessions on security awareness and protocols. Knowledge of federal security regulations and standards. Ability in risk management and vulnerability assessments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in security systems and data protection technologies.
