This position is contingent upon the award.The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $150,000 - $170,000.The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.The Project Manager will oversee the RD Application Sustainment and Production Support Operations program, ensuring successful execution of development, operations and maintenance, security, and data management activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with the COR and Government Task Manager to meet deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves leading multiple Agile teams including Scrum Masters, Administrators, Database Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Architects, QA Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Technical Writers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAFe, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to track performance using Agile metrics. Additional duties include managing DME requirements, preparing roadmaps and schedules, supporting strategic planning, recommending technical solutions, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.Core Duties:

• Serve as PM for the RD Application Sustainment and Production Support Operations program
• Oversee daily operations related to development, maintenance, security, and data management
• Coordinate with the COR and Government Task Manager to ensure performance within scope, budget, and schedule
• Lead teams including Scrum Masters, Administrators, Database Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Architects, QA Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Technical Writers
• Apply knowledge of SAFe, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies
• Monitor progress using Agile metrics and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Deliver high-quality software and support services following Agile best practices
• Manage System Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) requirements
• Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules
• Participate in strategic planning and evaluate technical solutions

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects valued between $100,000 and $10M
