Manager, HR Systems that will drive the implementation of HR
strategy through effective use of technology. This role will ensure
that HR systems and technology align to support both the day-to-day
work and long-term goals of the HR team. The Senior Manager will
lead initiatives to enhance and, when necessary, redesign HR
processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user
experience.What You'll Do
- Lead the sourcing, selection, implementation, and ongoing
maintenance of all HR systems to meet the needs of HXP's and its
subsidiaries' global talent footprint. Serve as liaison between HR,
Payroll and IT departments. Ensure data security and compliance and
conduct ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data
integrity. Monitor and improve data collection and reporting
procedures for efficiency. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve
complex or escalated issues that arise regarding systems and data.
Perform testing for software upgrades and new module
implementation. Maintain internal database files and tables and
develop and run more complex queries and custom reports.
- Lead initiatives, to ensure global employment compliance and to
streamline workflows and optimize how HR functional leads
(benefits, compensation, business partners, L&D) interact with
HR systems, automating processes whenever possible. Support and/or
lead special HR projects as needed.
- Serve as the primary HR Systems point of contact for the
implementation of HXP's new ERP system. Lead the HR workstream in
collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring HR requirements
are accurately captured, prioritized, and integrated into the
overall ERP design. Coordinate testing, change management, and data
migration efforts, and provide guidance on system configuration to
align with HR's strategic goals. Act as a liaison between HR, IT,
and external implementation partners to ensure a smooth and
successful deployment, while preparing HR staff for
post-implementation adoption and ongoing system optimization.
- Stay informed of industry trends to identify new and more
effective HR technologies that meet departmental and organizational
needs. Oversee the procurement or development and implementation of
new or updated vendors and systems to allow HXP to legally engage
with employees across international borders without risk violating
employment laws.
- Supervise and develop team members. Make recommendations
concerning employment, termination, performance evaluations, salary
actions, and other personnel actions. Set team and individual
goals. Prioritize, organize, delegate, and coordinate the flow of
work. Enhance individual employee performance through frequent and
timely communication and support.

- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related
field
- At least 10 years of related experience. Equivalent combination
of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Subject matter expert in HR technology and systems. In-depth
knowledge of industry trends.
- Excellent project management skills. Training and certification
in project management preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to
proactively identify opportunities, diagnose problems and develop
client-centered and evidence-based solutions.
- Strong management skills. Knowing when to coach, when to advise
and when to provide specific direction related to direct
reports.
- Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service, relationship building/management

We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such
as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity,
external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by
law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be
typical in order to allow for potential future salary
growth.HealthX Partners Incorporated is offering the following
gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on
candidate location:
- For the United States (paid in USD): $111,000 (minimum) -
$139,000 (midpoint) - $167,000 (maximum)
- For Kenya (paid in Ksh): Ksh 5,460,000 (minimum) - Ksh
9,100,000 (midpoint) - Ksh 11,830,000 (maximum)*For applicants

the US will be employed through the local PSI office. Pay and
benefits will be commensurate with the role and practices of the
local office, including payment in local currency. Details will be
