Description:Join our team in Lancaster, PA at our IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a PRN, Physical Therapist opportunity with hours Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays!The details:Patient caseload at the IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic is a mix of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. • Newly remodeled clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies
• 1:1 patient treatment
• Close collaboration with onsite medical staff
• Highly personalized and patient-centered outpatient care to employees and their dependents
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays with limited evenings until 6:00 PMIn addition to outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, this site houses an innovative pilot program focused on movement health. The right fit candidate will collaborate with the Move Better Move More program based on the foundations of movement-centric solutions for MSK dysfunction.     • Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
    • Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
    • Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
    • Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services, time management, and communicationThe requirements:
      • Two (2) + years of outpatient experience
      • Two (2) + years of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy experience
      • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
      • Dry Needling experience preferred but not required
      • Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
      • Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
      • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
