PRN RN House Supervisor - Weekends 1st/2nd Shift (7a-3:30p or 3p-11:30p) About Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is an 86 bed acute-care Joint Commission Accredited psychiatric hospital that offers care for adults dealing with mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders. Serves as a resource to the direct care staff. Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events. Provides support to the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned. Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
