Short Description Connects with newly diagnosed patients prior to first apt and at first appointment with oncology provider Facilitates the Multidisciplinary Care at MDA Cancer Center at Cooper University Health Care Supports, educates and removes barriers to ensure timely specialized care Assesses patients for Clinic Research Trials Coordinates Disease Specific Tumor Board Complies with all system and departmental policies and procedures Maintains active and current professional credentials Experience Required 3-5 Years of experience Education Requirements BSN Required Master's Degree Required License/Certification Requirements NJ Nursing License and BLS-American Heart Association
