Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Lancaster, PA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,319 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 17602! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice Experience License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Must be proficient in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis. Must have recent specialty experience. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from assigned care center. Must have a vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance. Description: Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders based on agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the competent application of the nursing process. Reports to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Completes all documentation within 24 hours of the appointment. Must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of location. May have daily home visits and periodic office meetings. Responsible for driving to patient homes daily and to the clinic for meetings. No guaranteed hours; clinician must hit weekly productivity points. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and follow-up visits. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for travel between patients.
