Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide essential psychological services supporting students in an elementary school setting during the 2025/2026 school year. This contract role is designed to backfill a position, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students in grades 5 and 6. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs and support planning. - Assist with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to help implement interventions and monitor progress. - Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance student well-being and academic success. - Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed. - Maintain accurate records and provide clear reports in compliance with school policies and regulations. Qualifications: - Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. - Experience working in an elementary school environment, preferably with upper-elementary grade students. - Proficiency in conducting educational and psychological assessments. - Strong knowledge of MTSS frameworks and strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to reach 37.5 hours. Location & Schedule: - Position is located in Ephrata, PA, serving a 5th-6th grade building. - Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week with some flex scheduling permitted. - Currently requires primarily on-site presence with one day per week work-from-home option.
