Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital
rehabilitation services, seeks a Director of Rehab Clinical to
oversee the clinical operations of our rehabilitation programs.
This pivotal role focuses on enhancing patient care by leading our
team of therapists and clinical staff, implementing evidence-based
practices, and ensuring all rehabilitation services meet or exceed
industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in rehabilitation services, a passion for patient
recovery, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that
improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Oversee daily
operations of the clinical rehabilitation team, ensuring effective
patient care and adherence to health regulations. Develop and
enforce clinical policies and procedures that meet healthcare
standards and optimize patient outcomes. Lead, mentor, and support
a team of therapists and clinical staff to foster a collaborative
and efficient environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams, including medical, nursing, and administrative staff, to
enhance service delivery and patient care. Monitor patient care for
quality assurance, evaluating practices and patient responses to
treatment plans. Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and
participate in strategic planning for the rehabilitation
department. Stay updated with advancements in the field and
integrate evidence-based practices into treatment protocols. Strong
leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of
rehabilitation therapy and practices Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Strategic planning and problem-solving
capabilities Proficiency with healthcare management systems and
software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational
Therapist, or Nurse. Certification in healthcare management (e.g.,
CHCQM) is preferred.
