Competitive Compensation: $27.73-$47.02/hr FT LPN Base Pay:
$27.73/hr Experience Bonus: Earn an additional $2.00/hr if you've
been licensed as an LPN for 5 years (FT & RPT). FT/RPT Shift
Differentials LPN: 2nd shift $4.00/hr, 3rd shift $2.50/hr, Weekends
$3.00/hr. PRN Rates: Starting at $33.16/hr-$38.70/hr. (1,000/hour
anniversary year position/ not benefit eligible) Rewarding Weekend
Program (PRN): $43.68-$47.02/hr every Saturday & Sunday, with
8-hour shifts and holiday requirements. Rates are fixed

Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities : Provide resident care
activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled
nursing facilities. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and ensure proper documentation. Develop individualized
care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel. Update
medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in
status and care needs and document in residents' record. Coordinate
care with residents and their families. Oversee the performance of
nurse aides and support staff. Help bring joy to the residents in
the healthcare environment. (Full job description available upon
hire) Qualifications Current & Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in PA. Education equivalent to graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Strong clinical skills & the ability
to assess and prioritize patient needs. Excellent communication &
