Occupational Therapists Should Apply If You Have: An active OT license in Maryland (or ability to obtain one before starting). A passion for working with children and families in play-based, family-centered therapy. Strong clinical instincts and a commitment to ongoing growth and learning. A collaborative mindset for working alongside speech-language pathologists, BCBAs, and other professionals. Bonus: experience in feeding therapy, sensory integration, or social skills development.
