As a Private Duty LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to our patients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Responsibilities: Administer medication and provide nursing care to patients in their homes Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising RN Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the care team Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience in home care or a similar setting preferred Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Us: Abundant Care has been providing high-quality home care services to the Philadelphia, Montgomery County, community for over 10 years.
