Needs bathing , dressing, feeding , toileting. Limited visual
fields. Can walk short distances. Goes to adult day care daily mon
to fri. Need a hand getting her dressed and ready for the bus. Occ
days for my dr appts or on weekends if I am away. She listens to
music. Limited tv due to decreased vision. About the care needs:
Positive attitude with lots of patience. Must understand dementia.
Knowledge of transfer techniques, use of gsit belt, wheelchair,
shower chair, commode. Knowledge of skin careServices needed
include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
