Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. This position involves providing one-on-one care to patients in their home environments across our diverse service areas. Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to nurturing relationships with patients and their families to assist in achieving optimal health outcomes while facilitating a positive impact in their daily living through personalized in-home care. Provide one-on-one nursing care in patient's home setting, Evaluate and monitor the patient's condition and effectiveness of care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, Assist with the implementation of physician-directed medical plans and treatment, Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports as required, Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options, Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations during home visits Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical emergencies, Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LPN license valid in the state of employment, CPR certification, IV certification preferred
