patient-first care. We are seeking a Clinical Administrator (RN) to
oversee clinical operations and enhance the quality of patient
care. This role demands a combination of clinical expertise,
leadership skills, and a passion for excellence in healthcare. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff,
streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare
regulations, and representing nursing staff within
interdisciplinary teams. This position offers an opportunity to
play a key role in advancing medical practices and patient care
standards in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Oversee
the daily operations of clinical staff and ensure the delivery of
high-quality patient care. Develop and implement policies and
procedures that improve operational efficiency and patient
satisfaction. Ensure staff compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards. Manage budgeting, staffing, and resourcing to align
with departmental goals. Lead and mentor nursing staff; coordinate
training and professional development opportunities. Evaluate
patient care procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
Participate in administrative decision-making and the formulation
of strategic goals. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital systems. Ability
to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in using healthcare management software and medical
records systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
practice. BLS/ACLS certification. Certified Nurse Administrator
(CNA) or similar qualifications are advantageous.
