Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Skilled
Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is required Knowledge of NetHealth
software is preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled
