Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a preeminent provider of home healthcare and
pediatric services across the United States, is seeking passionate
and flexible PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our
dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing
care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, supporting them
in reaching their highest potential. You'll work closely with a
multidisciplinary team, tailoring care plans to the unique needs of
each patient and their family. This position demands a commitment
to excellence and the ability to adapt to varying patient
conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
the healthcare provider. Monitor patient's condition and report any
significant changes to the registered nurse or physician. Provide
basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds,
bedsores, or administering oxygen. Maintain accurate, detailed
reports and health records of patients. Support patients and their
families in understanding care plans and making health decisions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective
patient care delivery and achievement of desired treatment
outcomes. Proficiency in administering injections and IV therapy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with
electronic health records. 401k Current LPN license valid in the
state of practice. CPR/BLS certification.
