Full-Time Dentist – Hegins, PA & Jonestown, PA & Williams Valley, PA Our well-established, patient-centered, single owner practices in Hegins, PA, Jonestown, PA , and Williams Valley, PA are seeking driven, charismatic Full-Time Dentists to expand our thriving offices for a unique opportunity. All locations offer strong patient flow, mentorship, and modern technology. Income is limited only by the candidates drive. We offer a strong work/life balance and strong team based environments with 40 new patients per month/ per office. We are looking for someone to work 2 days at each office, Hegins, PA & Jonestown, PA. OR full-time (4 days per week) at our Williams Valley location. Schedule Full-time Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Collaborate with experienced EFDAs and clinical team Maintain accurate clinical documentatiion Support a positive, team-oriented environment Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license DEA license Strong clinical skills Driven, charismatic, and team-focused personality Pay & Compensation Daily minimum ($700-850 per day) for first 90 days or 35% of collections, whichever is greater Medical /Dental/ Vision Coverage offered 401(k) with match Short-term disability Paid vacation Paid continuing education (CE)/ PA Licensing fees/ DEA Fees Malpractice coverage Buy-in opportunity available Modern technology including scanners and CBCT access Long-standing team members and loyal patient base If you are looking for clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, and excellent earning potential in two established Pennsylvania offices, we would love to connect with you.
