Job Description:
At PowerBack Rehabilitation, we are seeking a dedicated Program
Lead to join our team, focusing on driving outstanding
post-hospital rehabilitation services. In this role, you will be at
the forefront of managing and implementing programs that support
our mission to provide personalized intense rehabilitation to
patients recovering from surgery, injuries, or illnesses. Your
leadership will ensure that our programs are effective, meet the
highest standards of care, and align with patient recovery goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare innovation,
patient care, and program management. Oversee the development and
implementation of rehabilitation programs. Ensure program
effectiveness and adherence to healthcare regulations. Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to tailor rehab services to patient
needs. Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements as
necessary. Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for
rehabilitation programs. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve
program goals. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in program development and management Proficient in data
analysis and program evaluation Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
rehabilitation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) preferred PMP
Certification is a plus
