facility badge required at all times Key Responsibilities Evaluate
and treat patients with speech, language, voice,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and
implement evidence-based treatment plans including dysphagia
management and AAC Conduct modified barium swallow referrals and
complete clinical swallow evaluations Document sessions, progress,
and outcomes per facility and payer requirements Educate patients,
families, and care team on communication and swallowing strategies
Maintain productivity and participate in interdisciplinary care
team meetings Requirements Active state SLP license and CCC-SLP (or
CF eligible) CPR/BLS certification current Minimum 1 year of SLP
experience; SNF/LTC or post-acute setting preferred Competence in
clinical swallow evaluations and dysphagia management Proficiency
with EMR documentation and Medicare billing compliance Apply
