for our guests.THE JOB:The Executive Sous Chef helps run the
kitchen each day, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality
guest experience. They keep the restaurant on budget, manage
staffing efficiently, track supplies, maintain high service
standards, and help create profitable menu items. They also support
the Executive Chef in meeting business goals.THE STARTING
RATE:$75,000 annuallyTHE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Ensuring kitchen staff follows all procedures, training, and
health/safety standards.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant with company
policies.
- Supporting hiring, training, and team development while
promoting a respectful, positive work environment.
- Interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing
any complaints promptly.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team for seamless
service.
- Staying up to date on all menu items, food and beverage
products, and kitchen equipment.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' experience as a Sous Chef, Exec
Sous Chef
- Must be adaptable in all environments and kitchens within the
property
- Must be multi-faceted, having experience in multiple cuisines
and professional kitchens
- Support hiring, training, and team development while promoting

this role is:Minimum - Maximum $59,600.00 - $99,300.00Please keep
in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions
in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual
salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors,
including location.This position is eligible to participate in the
Company's incentive plan.Eligible employees have the opportunity to
