Job Description Job Description Bethesda Country Club is hiring full and part time Expeditors to assist with quality assurance. This position requires someone personable, team-oriented, organized, and efficient. Knowledge of proper food layout and presentation of all menu items is critical. Essential Functions: Cleaning and stocking plates and side dishes for all stations. Cleaning all plates and adding accompaniments as orders go out. Will need to confirm orders/tickets to match the food being sent, checking for correct presentation at the same time. Be the communication between cooks and food runners/servers for the accurate ticket understanding and delivery of foods. Strong communication ability and high standards are a must along with high attention to detail and speed. Requirements: Ability to work evenings and weekends. Mobility required during the entire shift. High School graduate or equivalent required.
