in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are
being met and expectations are exceeded. This individual must have
strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great
organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. Restaurant
Manager Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume
fine dining (over $10 million) or upscale restaurant Steakhouse
experience strongly preferred Cognizant of local, state, and
federal health and sanitation laws Strong organizational skills,
leadership, and problem-solving skills Team player with the ability
