We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering unforgettable dining experiences. What You’ll Do: Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Manage and refine our wine and cocktail menus, working closely with vendors and keeping inventory in check. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu harmony and uphold quality standards. Oversee daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to handling guest feedback. Keep an eye on the numbers—labor costs, budgets, and overall profitability. Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards. What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of fine dining management experience (this is a must). A strong background in wine and cocktail menus—pairings, presentation, and all the details that make them shine. Some kitchen experience is a big plus.
