Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Administrator

Location: Leesburg, VA

Type: Contract
Compensation: 60-70/hr W-2
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid- working onsite and remote

Primary Responsibilities Designs, develops, configures and customizes ServiceNow objects.
Helps departments evaluate new requirements and solution them within the ServiceNow environment.
Supports the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for custom/contract development like our LinkService portal.
Third tier support for any ServiceNow reported incidents
Maintains the ServiceNow instance between the various platforms (Development, Test, and Production)
Performs application maintenance for updates and performance monitoring.
Identifies and remedies any errors or issues within the platform.
Manages incident resolution.
Recommends upgrades and plans the upgrade process with our vendors (if applicable).
Works closely with the DIT Security team on access control and security compliance.
Supports developers with any access that they may need
