you join RadNet as an OCCS Analyst – Voice Admins, you will be
joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality,
value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders-
patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best
clinical outcomes. You Will: Provide technical support for the
multiple communication systems, addressing issues and ensuring
quick resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
troubleshoot and resolve communication-related problems. Configure
and optimize communication infrastructure components, including IP
telephony, video conferencing, messaging platforms, collaboration
tools, and faxing platforms. Implement and maintain omni channels
of communication systems to meet organizational requirements.
Implement security measures to safeguard the omni-channel
communication systems and data. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure
interoperability and seamless integration with other systems.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of the omni channels of
communication configurations, processes, and procedures. Prepare
training material for end-users and support teams on properly using
communication tools. Monitor system performance and conduct regular
assessments to identify areas for improvement. Manage relationships
with vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met. User
provisioning for various communication platforms. If You Are:

guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach,
understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in
a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must
Have: An Associate degree in information technology,
telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not
required. Ability to troubleshoot and arrive at reasonable
solutions to problems. Proficiency in IP telephony, VoIP, video
conferencing, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools. Strong
attention to detail. Experience with project management
methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and
problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal
skills are a must to interact with a diverse base of individuals,
including executives, technical, professional, and office staff
members, as well as national resources. Ability to communicate
effectively in person and writing with all employees, customers,
and vendors. High level of proficiency and demonstrated
effectiveness in problem determination and resolution. Demonstrated
ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time
frames and under tight deadlines. Ability/flexibility to travel
