doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion,
streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build
smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around
them. It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those
who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each
other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing
toward something bigger, together. One Confluent. One Team. One
Data Streaming Platform. About the Role: As the Director of Product

messaging and positioning that effectively conveys our value and
differentiation, specifically around pricing and monetization. Lead
content strategy to ensure pricing-related materials—web, docs, and

projections: Establish product adoption and growth assumptions to
inform financial planning, including revenue growth, margins, TAM
forecasts, and more. • Gather insights & assess impact: Present at
internal and external events, interact with customers and partners,
and gather both qualitative and quantitative insights to refine
strategy. Measure, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of
pricing and monetization strategies against key business metrics. •
Support deal strategy: Develop and implement deal and discounting
strategies as part of the overall pricing strategy. Maintain
internal and external documentation related to pricing best
practices and governance. • Collaborate on competitive
benchmarking: Work across internal teams and conduct external
