our team! Job Summary: B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft Time and
Labor Specialist to join a contract with a federal government
client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an
experienced PeopleSoft Time & Labor Specialist with strong
functional knowledge and technical expertise to manage setup,
configuration, and ongoing support for the Time & Labor module.
This role involves designing custom solutions, integrating with HR
and Payroll systems, and ensuring accurate and efficient time
reporting processes. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain
PeopleSoft Time & Labor, including rules setup, workgroup
determination, schedule definition and group security, time
reporter enrollment, validation criteria specification Design and
develop custom solutions based on business requirements. Develop
and maintain interfaces between Time & Labor, HR, and Payroll
modules. Create, maintain, and execute test scripts to validate
setup, data flow, and processes. Develop new or modify delivered
reports to meet user needs. Provide ongoing support and
troubleshooting for Time & Labor functionality. Education and
Experience 5 years working with PeopleSoft Time & Labor, including
implementation and support. Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (or
equivalent work experience). Required Skills: Strong understanding
of Time & Labor configuration and business processes. Technical
expertise in PeopleSoft development and integration. Ability to
design and execute test plans and scripts. Experience with report
development and customization. SQL and PeopleSoft Query (PS/Query):
Ability to write and optimize queries for reporting and
troubleshooting. Application Designer & PeopleCode: Hands-on
experience with PeopleSoft development tools for customizations.
Integration Broker & Web Services: Knowledge of configuring and
troubleshooting integrations. Workflow Configuration: Understanding
of approval workflows within PeopleSoft. Security Administration:
Ability to manage user roles and permissions in PeopleSoft. Testing
Tools: Familiarity with automated testing tools or frameworks for
PeopleSoft. Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Skills to
diagnose issues and optimize system performance. Documentation:
Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, payroll
compliance, and audit requirements. Desired Skills Knowledge of
PeopleSoft HR and Payroll modules. Familiarity with Oracle Database
and SQL tuning . Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project
methodologies . Security Clearance Eligible to obtain Public Trust
