Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a
similar role Proficiency in Windows 11 installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting Experience with laptop refresh processes and
hardware upgrades Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented PC Technician with over 2 years of
experience to join the dynamic IT team of an AM 100 law firm. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in refreshing
laptops, extensive experience with Windows 11, imaging and
recycling equipment and the ability to coordinate equipment
shipments efficiently. A go-getter personality and excellent
communication skills are essential for this role. Compensation:
$20-23/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors,
including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for
this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include
medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and
DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with
employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid
sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable
law.
