We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our Data Science & AI department to leverage data-driven insights that support the strategic goals of U.S. intelligence and defense agencies. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of national security imperatives. Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to national security. Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast trends and outcomes. Prepare comprehensive data reports and visualize data to aid in decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver results. Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex quantitative analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Tableau Desktop Certified Associate Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
