Job Description Job Description IT Manager Position Overview The IT Manager will oversee the organization's information technology strategy and ensure the alignment of IT with business goals. The role includes managing IT projects, leading a team, and ensuring the efficiency and security of IT operations across various departments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals. Manage the IT team to ensure successful project delivery and operational support. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of WMS and ERP systems. Ensure network stability and security across the organization. Collaborate with distribution and logistics teams to optimize IT solutions. Manage IT budgets and resources effectively for maximum efficiency. Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and IT project management. Experience in the distribution and logistics industry is preferred. Familiarity with networking and infrastructure management. Proficient in Windows operating systems and related technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
