ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Junior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Junior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect (SNA) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, establish governance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes. Collaborate with cross?functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
