Tier 1 Operations Support Specialist The Opportunity:
Engineering to make a system more resilient and efficient frees up

you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems
by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy,
implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll
reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair.

Have: 1 years of experience in a technical support role such as IT
operations or help desk Experience performing initial
troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as
JIRA or ServiceNow Experience with Linux or Windows system
administration fundamentals Ability to follow standard operating
procedures and document actions clearly Ability to work rotating
round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Ability to
obtain a Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
within 6 months of hire Nice If You Have: Experience monitoring
enterprise systems, dashboards, logs, or mission applications
Experience escalating incidents to higher-tier teams Knowledge of
on?call processes, after?hours support models, or operational
recall procedures Ability to communicate effectively with technical
and non-technical staff through strong written and verbal
communication skills Ability to work independently in a high?tempo
environment Bachelor's degree Security or Network certification
Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud,
or MS Azure Fundamentals certification Clearance: Applicants
selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to
$141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting
