B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a dedicated Contract Analyst I to support our Finance, Accounting & Administration team. This role involves overseeing and managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to ensure maximum operational efficiency and alignment with B. Braun’s strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing patient safety and reducing preventable treatment errors by ensuring all contractual obligations are transparent and effectively managed. Review, evaluate, and negotiate contracts in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure they support company strategies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and healthcare compliance to develop contract strategies. Maintain detailed records of contracts, including documentation of key correspondence and contractual changes. Assess risks associated with contract terms and conditions and provide recommendations to minimize potential issues. Support the contract renewal process by evaluating business objectives and market conditions. Prepare and submit contract documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable healthcare laws. Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Medical Insurance 401k Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred.
