Job Description:
Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization,
is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Operator professional to join
their team. As a Warehouse Logistics Operator, you will be part of
the Operations Department supporting the logistics and warehouse
management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Warehouse Operations Location: Hanover, MD Pay Range: $23 to $25
based on experience What's the Job? Develop and implement warehouse
operational strategies, policies, and procedures by leading
workflow analysis, space planning, and equipment layout. Drive
company policies and procedures; identify training and development
needs to enhance team performance. Support a high level of teamwork
and foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound
logistics efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards,
quality control, and productivity goals in alignment with
leadership objectives. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of
experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
preferred. Forklift experience, with certification being a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse management, including managerial
roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially
Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
