We're looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist who is passionate about Lean Manufacturing Principles, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to make a visible impact on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development. If you believe improvement is a mindset- not a project- we want to meet you. Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required as business needs demand. In this exciting role, you will: * Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor and support teams * Analyze production methods using Lean principles and industry benchmarks * Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving (8-Step Method) * Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops * Identify waste and implement sustainable process improvements * Partner cross-functionally (Fabrication, IT, Operations, etc.) to drive solutions * Develop visual management tools to improve shop floor transparency * Create and refine SOPs and job instructions * Serve as a process expert, providing training and guidance to team members * Support multiple improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines This role is hands-on and highly collaborative — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor and working directly with teams to drive measurable results.
