• Design and prototype innovative approaches that advance our capacity for defensible decision making at speed and scale.
• Manage a research agenda related to some of our key focus areas: decision science, digital engineering, AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive modeling, information visualization, data and software engineering.

  • Possess a terminal degree (PhD or DEng) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Are self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn from those around you.
  • Are proficient in one or more programming languages, including: Python, Java, C, C++, Javascript.
  • Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and a proficiency at relationship building.
  • Are able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information.
