Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree
in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology
(ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an experienced Cath Lab Technician to support a busy
cardiac catheterization laboratory in Manassas, VA. This 13-week
contract role requires expertise in a variety of interventional
cardiology procedures within a fast-paced environment operating
four labs. Key qualifications and experience include: Proven skills
and hands-on experience in Left Heart Catheterization (LHC), LHC
PCI, Right Heart Catheterization (RHC), Peripheral interventions,
as well as managing devices such as IMPELLA, Balloon Pump, and
Rotablader Proficient in scrubbing, monitoring, and EKG setup, with
strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures including
balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, and device
insertions Experience with electrophysiology procedures such as
cardioversion is advantageous Current certifications in BLS and
ACLS are required Must hold either RCIS certification or ARRT
license; travelers with ARRT must possess the corresponding state
license (VA temporary licensing process accepted) Responsibilities
include assisting in a high volume of daily cases averaging 25-30,
covering coronary angiograms, CTOs, TAVRs, MitraClips,
Watchman/Amulet procedures, and more. Candidates must be prepared
to take on 2-3 call shifts weekly, including 1-2 call weekends over
a 6-week span. Scrubs are provided on-site. This position operates
on a 4x10-hour day schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through
Friday. The facility adheres to flu vaccine mandates during flu
season with possible exemptions reviewed according to CMS
guidelines. Manassas, VA, offers a blend of historic charm and
