Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment . Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis . Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement. Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching . Maintain daily reports and service documentation . Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines . Requirements: 21 years old with a valid drivers license . High School Diploma/GED 2 years experience OR Associates degree 1 year experience in human services. Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.
