Summary: Senior Account Managers (Senior Directors) on our Member
Development team own and actively manage a large, complex member
portfolio with direct accountability for revenue retention and
expansion across a member pool. In this role, Senior Directors
sustain long-term member relationships while delivering high-impact
service aligned to member needs and firm objectives. Primary Job
Duties: Owns a high-volume renewal book, balancing retention,
expansion, and risk mitigation across a diverse Industry member
portfolio Operates with clear renewal targets, forecasting
outcomes, and proactively escalating themes of risks and
opportunities to VP of Account Management and Service Delivery
leadership Leads renewal and expansion negotiations, including
membership scope, fees, and term discussions, in a partnership with
Member Development and Finance. Actively manages members at-risk,
developing and executing save strategies to protect revenue and
logos. Ensures accountability during member onboarding, setting up
relationships for long-term success and proactively identifies
opportunities to improve the member experience Collaborates with
internal stakeholders on productized offerings within the Academy
community Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 8
years' experience in a Business Development or Account management
role Experience in directly owning the renewal process Knowledge of
the healthcare industry and trends C-suite level stakeholder
experience preferred Ability to travel Interpersonal Skills &
Attributes: Strong commercial mindset Accountable to results and

Compensation: 130,000-150,000 performance based bonus Physical
Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision
abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance
vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for
prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary
job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the
