Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Training & development Registered Nurse (RN) OB/GYN (Postpartum/Mother Baby) Washington, DC Contract Position $75$85 per hour 3x12 Night Shifts Position Overview We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Registered Nurse with strong Postpartum/Mother Baby experience to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. This RN will demonstrate professional leadership, support the healthcare team, and uphold Patient-Centered Care and Service Excellence standards at all times. Required Qualifications Current RN license to practice in Washington, DC Required BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications Required Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Required Postpartum/Mother Baby experience Required Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby patients Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health status Support patient education related to recovery and newborn care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Deliver care aligned with Patient-Centered Care principles Maintain Service Excellence in all patient and team interactions
